Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
A gale warning remains in effect for the bays and nearshore waters through noon.
 
Strong southwest winds will shift to the northwest behind a frontal boundary that will move off the coast before noon today.
 
Wind gusts to gale force can be expected with passage of the front.
 
Winds will then gradually decrease through the afternoon becoming light tonight.
 
Light to moderate north winds can be expected on Wednesday as high pressure builds into the region.
 
Onshore winds return Thursday increasing to moderate to strong levels by Thursday night.
 
Winds will diminish on Friday to weak south flow.
 
Friday night into Saturday, the winds shift to the northwest and increase to moderate on Saturday and Saturday night behind another front.
 
Winds gradually weaken Sunday into Monday.
