Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Light to moderate southeast winds this morning will increase to moderate to strong by early Thursday afternoon as onshore flow returns.
 
This will lead to Small Craft Advisory conditions in portions of the nearshore and all of the offshore waters.
 
Winds will diminish on Friday to weak south flow.
 
A cold front moves through on Saturday bringing a shift back to northerly winds, increasing to strong levels Saturday night into Sunday.
 
Light onshore winds return Monday Night and persist through mid-week.
