Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Southerly winds have decreased to weak to moderate levels, however seas remain around 7 feet.
 
Therefore, the Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until Noon when seas are expected to drop below 7 feet.
 
A threat of Fog over the nearshore and bay waters will increase Friday afternoon.
 
A cold front will move through on Saturday bringing strong northerly winds by Saturday night into Sunday.
 
Small Craft Advisories will likely be needed. Light onshore winds return Monday Night and persist through mid-week.
