Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSB XX-25 advising SLOW BELL is in place until further notice for all light tugs transiting past the South Side Marine Center located in the inner harbor of the Corpus Christi Ship channel.

Please see attached MSIB 18-25 as Kiewit Offshore Services have informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be performing module loadout operations in the La Quinta Channel on March 10th thru 12th from 1000 to 1200.
A SLOW BELL will be in place during operations.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
High pressure shifting overhead will bring winds down from moderate this morning to light this afternoon.
 
Southeast to south flow will develop this evening into Tuesday and increase to gentle levels.
 
A moderate to fresh south breeze will persist Tuesday night into Wednesday evening.
 
Winds Wednesday night will gradually turn to the southwest and diminish to a gentle breeze by Thursday morning before backing to the south and increasing to a strong breeze ahead of an approaching cold front on Friday.
 
In the wake of the front, winds veer to the northwest Saturday morning while maintaining a fresh breeze.
 
Winds Saturday night remain out of the north to northwest, but will diminish to a gentle breeze by Sunday morning.
