Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSB XX-25 advising SLOW BELL is in place until further notice for all light tugs transiting past the South Side Marine Center located in the inner harbor of the Corpus Christi Ship channel.

Please see attached MSIB 18-25 as Kiewit Offshore Services have informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be performing module loadout operations in the La Quinta Channel on March 10th thru 12th from 1000 to 1200.
A SLOW BELL will be in place during operations.

Please see attached MSIB XX-25 as The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in Corpus Christi Shipping and Rincon Channels. Orion Marine has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be removing a submerged pipeline from where Rincon Channel and Corpus Christi Channel meet on 18th March 2025 0900 to 1200,

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Small craft exercise caution conditions are expected this afternoon into the overnight hours, mainly out past 20 nautical miles.
 
Southerly winds will diminish overnight becoming light and variable (<10 knots) and veer more westerly by Thursday morning in response to an approaching weak cold front.
 
Winds then become a southerly light to gentle breeze Thursday afternoon.
 
By Thursday night into early Friday southerly winds increase to a fresh breeze ahead of our next front.
 
The front is expected to swing across the region Friday night into Saturday shifting our winds to the north by Saturday morning.
 
Moderate north winds around 15 knots will continue through the evening hours before decreasing to under 10 knots before shifting back to the east Monday.
