                Portland / Searsport / Bucksport ME and Portsmouth NH:  The port director in Portland ME is allowing crew to sign off and repatriate back home under following conditions:
                                Crew must hold valid US Visa
                                Crew departure flights MUST be direct foreign – NO CONNECTIONS WITHIN US PERMITTED
                                Crew departure flights MUST depart prior to vessel departing port
                   Crew signing off may require PCR testing prior to flights departure - subject to regulations with destination airport

.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River Ma out to 25 NM Weak low pressure dives southwest of the Gulf of Maine today with rain showers as a strong area of high pressure builds over northeastern Canada. This high pressure circulation gradually builds south through the Maritimes and into the Gulf of Maine this weekend, resulting in NE flow late in the week turning SE late Saturday into Sunday. This flow regime may introduce fog on Sunday, while an approaching cold front will bring increasing chances for rain showers. The front crosses the waters Sunday night into Monday with fresh SW to W flow developing.
