* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to 1 NM or less. For the Small Craft Advisory, north
winds 10 to 15 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft expected.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE
out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick
Island DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until noon EST today. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 6 PM EST
Friday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
Low pressure will move northward into the region today bringing
widespread rainfall. The low will depart offshore into Thursday
with high pressure and dry conditions returning for Friday.
Another low pressure system will impact the area Saturday
through early Sunday with another round of rain. High pressure
and dry conditions will return again into early next week.

gusts up to 20 kt late this morning and afternoon. Seas 3 to
5 ft. SE swell 2 to 5 ft at 6 seconds. Patchy fog this morning. A
chance of rain early this morning, then rain late this morning
and afternoon. Vsby 1 to 3 NM until late afternoon.
TONIGHT
SE winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming N after midnight. Seas
4 to 6 ft. SE swell 3 to 6 ft at 7 seconds. Rain, mainly in the
evening.

N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. SE swell 4 to 6 ft at
8 seconds. A chance of rain.
