AFTERNOON...
 
* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
  seas 3 to 5 ft.
 
* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters.
 
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
 
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An additional period of Small Craft
  Advisory conditions is likely late tonight into Tuesday night.
  However, expect at least a 12 hour lull in wind speeds between
  these two events.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
 
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
A cold front will cross through the region today. A secondary
cold front follows tomorrow before high pressure returns
Wednesday. Another pair of a warm front then a weak cold front
may approach the region on Thursday. High pressure is expected
to build in over the weekend.

5 ft. Wave Detail: SW 5 ft at 6 seconds and E 2 ft at 9 seconds.
Showers likely early this morning, then a slight chance of
showers late this morning.

NW 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt after midnight. Seas 2 to
