* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
  seas 3 to 6 ft.
 
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE
  out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick
  Island DE out 20 nm.
 
* WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Saturday.
 
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will be out of the northeast through
  Friday morning. Stronger northwest winds increase for Friday
  afternoon and Friday night where gusts up to 30 kt are possible.
 
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
 
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
High pressure over the area presently lifts to the northeast by
tonight. Low pressure develops over the Mid-Atlantic on today
and moves offshore tonight through Friday. High pressure returns
for the weekend. A weak frontal system passes through the
region on Monday, followed by a return to high pressure for the
middle of next week.
