With the publishing of this MSIB 32-24 on September 11th, 2024, the U.S.
Coast Guard Captain of the Port, Port Arthur (COTP) sets Port Condition
RECOVERY for the ports in the MSU Port Arthur area, this includes: Beaumont,
TX, Port Arthur, TX, and Orange, TX including all tributaries and connecting
waterways.
