FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL FILING REQUIREMENTS:
96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG
48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.
24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for foreign flag vessels or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. 24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots
24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call; the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from GPA. All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

S portion will lift slowly N over the area as a warm front today
into Wed. Weak high pressure will build E over the N portion
today, then pass E of the region tonight. A stronger cold front
will move E across the waters tonight and Wed as the associated
low pressure center strengthens N of the area. The strong low
will move slowly N of the waters Wed night into Fri. Another high
will build E across the S portion Thu into Thu night, then shift
E of the area Fri. Another strong low will move E over the S
portion Fri while pulling a cold front across the area, then pass
E of the region Fri night. The low will then move well NE of the
waters Sat and Sat night while continuing to strengthen.
