Weather / Marine Zone Forecast

MARINE FORECAST: 1000 AM EST Mon Feb 24 2025

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure across the
northern waters will rapidly shift E of the area this afternoon.
A stalled front over the southern waters will lift N across the
area as a weakening warm front tonight and Tue. Weak low pressure
moving E across the northern waters will pull another cold front
E across the area Tue night into Wed as strengthening low
pressure tracks N and NE, passing just E of the area. The front
will stall and dissipate Wed. High pressure will build E across
the waters late Wed into Thu as developing low pressure and a
cold front approach the coast. The low will track NE across New
England late Thu and Thu night while pulling the cold front E
across the waters. The front will clear E of the area Fri before
a secondary cold front moves S into the northern waters Fri
night.
