96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG
72 Hours - The Harbormasters office requires a 72 hour minimum notice of a vessel arrival. Any time less than 72 hours will be considered short notice and could result in vessel's delay to berth.
48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.
24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS.
24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Port Security Officer.
72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing ship’s business within the Port of Tampa must have TWIC and a Port-issued ID badge.  Anyone not having one or both, will need to be escorted.  Vehicles must have permanent company markings to be allowed onto any terminal.

09/25/24 – 0800-1100 -Please be advised that the Port Tampa Bay Security Department is planning to conduct a waterside security barriers deployment across the channel between Port Sutton Road, CEMEX facility (berth #03) and Pendola Point Road, Plains LPG Services facility (berth #030) scheduled on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024, from 0800 – 1100 hours.
