After a review of USACE soundings of New Haven Harbor from December 2023, Block Island Pilots are issuing the attached updated parameters for New Haven Harbor, which, due to shoaling is now limited to 36’00” with very limited exceptions.
 
Pilot representatives will be attending the New Haven Harbor Coop meeting on March 12 to provide detailed explanation of these parameters
