Below  received from Sandy Hook Pilots:

SHPA is revising times, operation will resume on Pilot Station at approximately 1000/4th, and Departure from Berths and Inner Anchorage at approximately 0600/4th, AGW and safely permitted.
Vessel’s lineup will be basis tug meet time and vacancy/availability of berth.
