Subject: Adjustment of Beam Restriction and Temporary Draft Limitation
 
  1. Effective immediately, the previously enforced 90-foot beam restriction will be lifted.
  2. until dredging operations are completed and a new survey of the berthing area is conducted, a temporary draft limitation of 30 feet at high water (HW) will be imposed. This limitation is necessary to ensure the continued safety and accessibility of vessels operating within the terminal. Dredging is currently scheduled for completion no later than January 2025
