Please note the below Bar Pilots inbound vessel recommendation.  The Bar Pilots are now recommending that inbound ships with a draft of 38' or greater only transit ten (10) hours before to four (4) hours after high tide due several vessels experiencing heavy flocculation in SWP.  This recommendation does not prevent a pilot from exercising their own judgement.
