Here is an update concerning the changes to the watches and warnings. No other changes were made from the briefing package that was sent out around 5am this morning.
 
Changes from previous update: 
· Hurricane Warning extended east from Morgan City to Grand Isle, this includes all of the parishes previously under the Hurricane Watch including the cities of Houma and Donaldsonville
· Tropical Storm Warning from Grand Isle to the mouth of the Pearl River and replaces all parishes and counties previously under the Tropical Storm Watch. This includes the tidal lakes along with the Baton Rouge and New Orleans metro's 
· No changes to the Storm Surge Watches and Warnings (YET)
· No change to the Flood Watch
