The COTP Mobile has updated the status of Port Conditions as noted below. The Port of St. Joe will remain CLOSED pending further surveys, Aids to Navigation verification (AtoN), and channel assessments. In addition, the Port of Panama City, Carabelle, and St. Marks, FL are open with restrictions pending further assessments.  
 
Current Port Conditions: 
 
a.            GIWW:                                                                            NORMAL
b.            Carabelle & St. Marks:  NORMAL W/DAYLIGHT RESTRICTION*
c.            Port of St. Joe:                                                             CLOSED
d.            Port of Panama City: NORMAL W/ DRAFT RESTRICTION 30FT
e.            Port of Pensacola:                                                     NORMAL
f.              Port of Mobile:                                                             NORMAL
g.             Port of Pascagoula:                                                   NORMAL
h.            Port of Gulfport:                                                         NORMAL
 
The COTP may issue additional MSIBs as surveys are completed.
 
Multiple AtoN discrepancies have been identified along the Florida Big Bend region including St. Marks, FL*. Mariners are advised to proceed with caution and exercise good seamanship as they transit. It is recommended that all members continue to monitor the Broadcast Notice to Mariners (BNM) and review Local Notice to Mariner (LNM) messages to increase navigational safety.
