Please find attached MSIB 59-24 regarding post storm Port Condition update. The Captain of the Port Mobile has set Port Condition Normal for the Port of Panama City, Port St. Joe, and the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW) from MM 270 – MM 376. The draft restriction of 34ft will remain in effect at the Port of Panama City.
