  • Scheduled: Houston Morgans Point to Turning Basin for Thursday. ETC Sat/13th.
• USCG is evaluating surveys completed by USACE to consider modifying restrictions to enable more traffic. Expectation is drafts to be updated am/11th all going well.
• All transits being approved by VTS to ensure channel traffic is at manageable volumes.
• Most facilities are approved to resume regular operations, including over-water cargo transfers.
• Harbor tugs are readily available for transits
