USACE completed sonar surveys on:- Houston from HSC Buoy 18 to Morgans Point.
- Galveston Bay Entrance & Galveston harbor.
- Freeport ship channel
- Begun but incomplete: Texas City should finish later today. Houston Morgans Point to Turning Basin happening now
- USCG is evaluating surveys completed by USACE and actively modifying restrictions accordingly.
- All transits being approved by VTS to ensure channel traffic is at manageable volumes.
- Most facilities are approved to resume regular operations, including over-water cargo transfers.
- Harbor tugs are readily available for transits
