The Red Side/Inbound side of the Houston Ship Channel from LT 122 to Lynchburg Ferry landing is closed to all vessel traffic due to salvage operations.  VTS Houston-Galveston will accept check ins from light draft , Piloted vessels, on OUTBOUND ONLY transit from the upper Houston Ship Channel on the Green Side Between Lynchburg Ferry Landing and LT 122. Vessels may not enter the restricted area prior to 2030.

Prior traffic measures permitting outbound tow transits through the affected area are cancelled. This traffic measure is expected to be in effect through 0400 and may be amended on short notice.
