PATCHY FOG CONDITIONS COULD REMAIN UNTIL MID MORNING TOMORROW, FRIDAY DECEMBER 27TH.
MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO CONSIDER THESE CONDITIONS BEFORE BEGINNING OR CONTINUING THEIR TRANSITS.
