A GALE WARNING is in effect beginning at 1800 hours (local), Thursday, January 9th until 0600 hours (local) Friday, January 10th for winds to 40 knots and very rough bay waters.  Moored vessels should ensure they are secure for anticipated high winds.  
Mariners should take these weather conditions into consideration before beginning or continuing their transits.
