Please note the below regarding the upcoming channel closure at MM. 0.0 – MM 2.0 AHOP for removal of the remaining dredge discharge pipeline that’s crossing the main navigation channel.  As we understand the closure is scheduled from 0800 hrs on March 22nd till 2000 hrs on March 22nd.  We will pass along further information once received.

The river will be closed on Saturday, March 22 from 0800-2000 between Mile 0 and Mile 2 AHP.  The closure is to allow the contractors to complete removal of the submerged discharge line. 

Arriving vessels should arrive at the Seabuoy by 0600/22nd and departing vessels should arrive at Pilottown no later than 0730/22nd in order to avoid delays. 

Please monitor your email for updates as the contractor is hopeful the full 12 hour closure will not be required.
