Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSB XX-25 advising SLOW BELL is in place until further notice for all light tugs transiting past the South Side Marine Center located in the inner harbor of the Corpus Christi Ship channel.

Please see attached MSIB XX-25 as The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in Corpus Christi Shipping and Rincon Channels. Orion Marine has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be removing a submerged pipeline from where Rincon Channel and Corpus Christi Channel meet on 18th March 2025 0900 to 1200,

Please see attached MSIB 20-25 update 2 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel . Callan Marine has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be installing a submerged piepline in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel on 18th March 2025 , 1000, to 1400.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A south-southeasterly strong breeze (BF-6) with Small Craft Advisory conditions can be expected today through early Wednesday morning across the coastal waters. 
Near Gale conditions will be possible at times along with occasional seas as high as 13 feet. 
Winds on Wednesday will decrease to a gentle to moderate breeze (BF-3 and 4) and shift northward as a cold front slides across.
North to northeast winds will strengthen to a strong breeze to near Gale winds (BF-6 and 7) late Wednesday night into Thursday morning with gusts to Gale possible and seas up to 8 feet. 
Winds weaken Thursday afternoon, becoming a moderate to fresh breeze of 11-19 knots out of the south to southeast Thursday night through  the weekend.
