Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Strong to near gale conditions (BF 6-7) continue this morning across the coastal waters.
 
Winds will gradually decrease through the day today to a gentle breeze by tonight.
 
A moderate southerly breeze will develop on Friday. A gentle to moderate south to southeasterly breeze of 8-16 knots will continue through Sunday before a weak cold front shifts winds out of the east to northeast Monday.
 
Onshore flow quickly returns Tuesday and will persist into the latter part of next week.
 
There is a low, 15-30 percent chance of showers Sunday night into Monday, then again on Wednesday.
