Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSB XX-25 advising SLOW BELL is in place until further notice for all light tugs transiting past the South Side Marine Center located in the inner harbor of the Corpus Christi Ship channel.

Please find attached MSIB 22-25 update 1 as The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in Corpus Christi Ship Channel and Rincon channel. Orion Marine has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be removing a submerged pipeline where Rincon channel and Corpus Christi channel meet on 24th MARCH 2025 from 0900 to 1200.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
A gust front extending into portions of the northwest Gulf has been followed with offshore wind gusts up to 30 knots.
 
However, it has been weakening and patchy fog has developed over parts of the bays and nearshore waters.
 
Therefore, expect visibilities to generally range between 2 to 5 nautical miles, with a few locations briefly falling below 1 mile through 10 AM this morning.
 
A few light showers are accompanying this gust front early this morning.
 
A generally weak to moderate (10-15 knots) onshore flow will prevail through mid-week,then increase to a fresh breeze (15-20 knots) the latter part of the week.
 
Winds may approach advisory conditions across the offshore waters Thursday and Friday.
 
There is a medium to high (40-70%) chance of showers and thunderstorms the latter half of the week.
