Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
A generally light to moderate (5-15 knots, BF 2-4) onshore breeze will prevail through mid week.
 
There is a low (10-20%) chance of showers and thunderstorms across the bays and nearshore waters south of Port Aransas by Wednesday afternoon.
 
An onshore moderate to fresh breeze (BF 4-5) is expected late this week, with winds and wave approaching Small Craft Advisory conditions for the  offshore waters.
 
A gentle to moderate breeze (BF 3-4) is then expected Saturday into early next week. There is a high (60-90%)  chance of showers Thursday through Friday.
