Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 24-25 due to recent surveys conducted by the U.S. Coast Guard and Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) has deemed the Arroyo Colorado River unsafe for navigation by all mariners and its closing the waterway.
No vessel may enter, transit, or remain within the Arroyo Colorado River until such time as water level recedes, current speed reduces, critical aids to navigation are corrected and the COTP deems in safe.

Please find attached MSIB 26-25 The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the Matagorda Ship Channel. Texas Eastern Transmission Pipeline has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be performing pipeline repair work from 14 APRIL to 6 JUNE each day 1800 to 0600.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) southerly winds will decrease into the moderate range tonight.
 
By Tuesday morning, winds should relax to a light to gentle (BF 2-3) easterly-northeasterly breeze.
 
Winds will gradually increase becoming moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) by Wednesday and persisting through the end of the week.
 
Small Craft Advisory conditions will be possible this weekend as seas increase to around 6-7 feet.
 
There's currently a low chance for showers across the waters over the weekend.
