MSIB 13-25 PHILADELPHIA TO SEA MAINTENANCE DREDGING
The Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the Philadelphia to Sea Maintenance Dredging has completed dredging operations in Marcus Hook Range and Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) on the Delaware River. Safety zone one and Safety zone two are hereby cancelled.
Traffic patterns are returned to normal. All restrictions related to dredging operations in Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) have been removed.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE
  out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick
  Island DE out 20 nm.
 
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM EDT Thursday.
 
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
 
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
 
Cool and dry high pressure will remain in control through
today. A warm front will lift north across the area tonight as a
strong low tracks through Quebec on Thursday. The front will
return on Friday as a cold front, slowly dropping south of the
area by Friday night. Several waves of low pressure will ride
along this boundary causing it to fluctuate north and south
through the weekend yielding unsettled weather conditions. Cool
and dry high pressure will return by early next week.
