MSIB 13-25 PHILADELPHIA TO SEA MAINTENANCE DREDGING
The Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the Philadelphia to Sea Maintenance Dredging has completed dredging operations in Marcus Hook Range and Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) on the Delaware River. Safety zone one and Safety zone two are hereby cancelled.
Traffic patterns are returned to normal. All restrictions related to dredging operations in Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) have been removed.

* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters.
 
* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 10 PM EDT this evening.
 
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
 
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
 
High pressure builds in today and Wednesday in the wake of a
strong cold front before shifting offshore Wednesday night. Low
pressure then arrives Thursday and Friday. This new low could
linger near the area through much of next weekend. High pressure
builds in for the back of the weekend and into next week.
