MSIB 13-25 PHILADELPHIA TO SEA MAINTENANCE DREDGING
The Captain of the Port, Sector Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that the Philadelphia to Sea Maintenance Dredging has completed dredging operations in Marcus Hook Range and Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) on the Delaware River. Safety zone one and Safety zone two are hereby cancelled.
Traffic patterns are returned to normal. All restrictions related to dredging operations in Marcus Hook Anchorage (No. 7) have been removed.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
 
A low pressure system moves into the forecast area Friday and
lingers through Saturday. This will result in below normal
temperatures as well as some wet weather. The system will move
east over the Atlantic on Sunday, allowing high pressure to
move into the region and remain in place through most of Monday,
providing us with moderating temperatures. A cold front will
move through the region later on Tuesday. The will result in
below normal temperatures on Wednesday. The region could see a
slight warmup on Thursday ahead of the next system to close out
the work week.
